MUSICLandNEWS: FRANCESCO BIANCO ft. FATIMAH PROVILLON 'Another Man'

He started as a resident DJ back in 2004, performing at many clubs in his local province and beyond, including Milan, Sardinia, Campania, and various mountain resorts. He has been a resident DJ for 12 years at Noir Club Lissone, Molto Club, La Villa Erba, Jet Club Cermenate, Blu Beach Portorotondo, Hollywood Beach Portorotondo, Pulp Milano, Made Club Como, and Lido di Bellagio. These are just a few of the longest-lasting residencies. As a guest DJ or for single nights, he has performed at Hollywood Milano, Toqueville, Café Solaire, Café Atlantique, Dolce Beach, Country Club Portorotondo, and SopraVento Porto Cervo, to name a few.

He has had the opportunity to share the console with big names such as David Morales, Frankie Knuckles, Louie Vega, Tony Humphries, and Claudio Coccoluto.

He began producing music in 2011, taking his first steps in this field by creating an official remix of “Pretty Woman” by Roy Orbison. This track quickly gained him recognition and was included in many DJ selections across Italy. Following this success, he collaborated with two Italian DJs who were popular at the time with their hit “I Rock, I Sweat, I Dance,” forming the trio Punkers. Together, they released house tracks with rock influences, including covers of “Pretty Fly” by The Offspring and “I Was Made for Lovin’ You” by Kiss. After this collaboration, he teamed up with another DJ to produce tracks like “I Got a Woman” (2014), a cover and remix of Ray Charles’ song, always in a house style.

In 2015, he released “Yeh Yeh” followed by “Morning Light” a remix of a classic Italian house track by Gabriele D’Andrea. In 2016, he opened his own record label, Mantra Records, where he began releasing original tracks that fully express his love for afro and house sounds. After a few years away from production, he resumed creating music post-COVID, consistently releasing new tracks such as “Zulu” “Kamwana” “Movin’ n Groovin' ”, “Turn Up the Bassline”, “900” “Paradise Garage”, “One More Time”, “Get the Funk”, “Keep On” and “Madness”.

In 2022, he collaborated with DJ Shorty, a DJ and speaker from M2o’s “Albertino Everyday,” on the track “Cumbia Buena,” which went viral on TikTok. He released this track under the pseudonym BLANK-ONE. In 2023, he teamed up with Shorty again for “Do You Really Want to Hurt Me,” which also aired on M2o, and was released under the same pseudonym.

Since 2023, he has been collaborating with Time Records on more pop-oriented productions, but always with a club touch. Notably, he worked on Ciccio Merolla’s track “Malatia (Capri Remix),” which achieved Gold Award status and became a viral hit in Italy. This collaboration, alongside Merk & Kremont, saw significant radio success, with the track being played on all major Italian radio stations. It was also featured at prominent festivals such as Battiti Live on Italia 1, RTL 102.5 Power Hit 2023, and TIM Summer Festival. Finally, the song became the anthem for Napoli’s victory in the Italian championship in 2023.

In the summer of 2024, he released the song “Terekete’,” which he fully produced. This track features a collaboration with Clementino, a well-known rapper in Italy famous for his rap style and freestyle, as well as his role as a judge on television programs like “The Voice.” The track is performing well, with many radio stations playing it.

His sound is rooted in the funk of the '70s and the synthesizers of the '80s, always mixed with his signature sharp percussions and modern beats in a house and tech-house style. In live performances, he offers a creative and diverse mix, presented in a sophisticated and authentic way that takes listeners on a journey through time. His priorities are to bring people together and encourage them to have fun while also introducing new generations to both past and present songs.
